Email Us

  • You will be given a personal account manager who is able to provide guidance throughout the process, answer any queries you have, and will ensure a response within 24 hours.

Send straight from your supplier

If you wish to send us your inventory from your suppliers' warehouses for FBA preparation, our prep center in Orlando is ready to receive it. Once we have received your shipment, we will contact you via email right away.

Once your inventory has been received at our Amazon FBA Prep and Inspection warehouse, it will go through a thorough inspection process. Our sales manager will provide you with information about the shipment's arrival, including any damages or discrepancies in the number of units received. Pictures of damaged items (if any) may also be included in this report.

Let us know your Prep-requirements

Our sales team will send you the box dimensions of items before the FBA prep begins. This allows you to select prep requirements from a drop-down menu necessary for each item. You can easily create your own box labels and FNSKU labels based on these dimensions and quantities, thus avoiding any expired FNSKU labels or incorrect quantities. This help keep things organized and transparent.

Labelling & Prep

Once the FNSKU and Box labels are received followed by our prep sheet, we begin the process of sorting, labelling and packaging your inventory for Amazon fullfillment centers. In this step, your inventory will be prepped and you will be notified that it is ready to ship.

Amazon FBA shipping

Your order will be shipped directly to Amazon FBA using Amazon's partnered FBA shipping services, such as UPS or LTL pickup. We can have your order prepared and ready for shipment within 24-48 hours, so you can efficiently manage your FBA shipments and grow your business.
